SigmaSouth CRM
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SigmaSouth CRM handles information when you use the messaging and customer relationship management application.
Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email address, password hash, role, and tenant assignment.
- Customer, lead, note, thread, and message data entered into the CRM.
- Webhook payloads and message metadata received from connected channels such as Meta and WhatsApp.
- Operational data such as timestamps, status values, and diagnostic logs needed to run the service.
How we use information
- To provide the CRM, messaging inbox, lead tracking, and reporting features.
- To process inbound and outbound messages across supported channels.
- To authenticate users and protect tenant data.
- To monitor, secure, and troubleshoot the application.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the application, such as hosting, message delivery, and infrastructure support.
CRM records and related logs are retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet operational needs, and satisfy legal or business requirements.
Channel integrations
If you connect Meta, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp, the application processes the message content and metadata required to route conversations into the unified inbox and associate them with the correct tenant.
Security
We use authentication, tenant separation, and webhook signature validation where applicable to help protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk through access controls and operational logging.
Your choices
If you are an end user of a connected messaging channel, your choices may also be governed by that provider's terms and privacy settings. For questions about data in this CRM, contact the organization that operates your tenant.
